DATA SECURITY NOTICE: Alpha Tactical prioritizes the security of our members. We utilize industry-standard encryption and partner with specialized third-party processors to ensure your personal and financial intelligence remains secure.

1. Data Collection & Processing

We collect information necessary to maintain your membership, process payments, and ensure facility safety. This includes your name, contact information, billing details, and any waiver documentation required for facility access.

2. Third-Party Data Processors (EZFacility)

To provide a high-level membership experience, Alpha Tactical integrates with EZFacility for scheduling, member management, and payment processing.

Member Management: When you register for a membership or event, your data is processed through the EZFacility platform.
Payment Security: Alpha Tactical does not store full credit card numbers on our local servers. All financial transactions are handled via EZFacility’s PCI-compliant encrypted payment gateways.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies to maintain your session and remember your login preferences. These are essential for the functionality of the Member Dashboard. We may also use anonymized analytics to monitor site performance and “intel” on visitor traffic.

4. Media & Content

If you upload images to our community forums or member profiles, please ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). While we secure our platform, we advise members to maintain their own operational security regarding personal media.

5. Data Retention

For registered members, we store personal information provided in user profiles indefinitely to maintain historical records of facility use and waivers. Users can request to view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username and waiver history).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold regarding your account. You may also request that we erase any personal data, excluding information we are legally obligated to keep for administrative, security, or liability purposes (such as signed safety waivers).
